I can't stress enough how incompetent the blonde, English-speaking lady that works here is. I don't want to mention her name but I have been dealing with her for the past six months to try and get my brothers death certificate sent to Ireland.Despite the fact that she had the certificate and I have been contacting her every 2 to 3 weeks, it only arrived today. She claims to have sent it twice and has been ignoring my calls and texts, leaving me to hire a Spanish translator to call her superiors. Such a huge amount of pain and anger has stemmed from this person's laziness and incompetence.I think this company have a monopoly on death in that area of the Costa del Sol, but if you have a choice I strongly suggest using a different service.
